I hold two degrees, including a Bachelors of Science in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University and CIS degree from Fast Train of Jacksonville.

I have worked many tech refresh and Windows XP migration projects (contacts). This consisted of all types of various clients ranging from very large hospitals (over 1200 PC’s) to very small law office (5 PC’s). This has given a wide skill set in dealing with people, companies, and their business networks.
I successfully ran Help Desk Level II as a consultant. I actively participated in increasing user level satisfaction of newly implemented software. I also help reduce response time to Level II support requests by as much as 25%.
I successfully installed and supported new rewards program software, before the busiest retail shopping day of the year, for Kirkland’s retail stores. This project required excellent communication skills and team work. I was responsible for communicating with internal Management, external software contractors, internal help desk, and 265 retail store managers to complete the project.
